Project Description

Our team partnered with Colorado Ballet and Semple Brown to complete a transformational renovation that expanded rehearsal space through complex structural modifications while preserving the character of the existing timber-framed building. The renovation created a more functional environment for dancers while honoring the history and character of the space. The completed project provides Colorado Ballet with the space to support the next generation of dancers and continue its important role in Denver’s arts community.
