Our Field Operations Internship is a hands-on, 12 week program designed to give you real exposure to construction, project management, and client-focused work. You'll contribute to meaningful projects that impact clients and communities, while exploring your career growth options in multiple directions. This internship isn't an observation - you'll have freedom, responsibility, and mentorship to solve problems, collaborate with teams, and see firsthand how projects get built from start to finish.

Description

Your Immediate Impact:

• Support Field Operations with scheduling, logistics, and project documentation.

• Participate in safety planning and site walks, helping send every person on an FH site home safely.

• Assist with material tracking, procurement, and coordination with trade partners.

• Contribute to project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, problem solve, and contribute ideas that make projects better.

What We're Looking For:

• Current students studying Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn by doing.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Eager to explore multiple areas of construction.

• Preferred: Prior internship experience in construction, engineering, or project management.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
