Field Operations Intern
Our Field Operations Intern supports the successful delivery of our projects by working alongside the field team and gaining hands-on experience in construction operations. They’re organized, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump in wherever they can add value. This role provides exposure to the day-to-day realities of construction while building a strong foundation in project management, field operations, and construction business operations.

This internship isn't an observation - you'll have freedom, responsibility, and mentorship to solve problems, collaborate with teams, and see firsthand how projects get built from start to finish.
Description
Your Immediate Impact:

Support Field Operations with scheduling, logistics, and project documentation.
Participate in safety planning and site walks, helping send every person on an FH site home safely.
Assist with material tracking, procurement, and coordination with trade partners.
Contribute to project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, problem solve, and contribute ideas that make projects better.

What We're Looking For:
Current students studying Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Curious, proactive, and excited to learn by doing.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Eager to explore multiple areas of construction.
Preferred: Prior internship experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
FH has opportunities in Denver, CO, Jackson, WY, or Eagle, CO.
Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
