Our team partnered with Castle Peak Holdings, Trailborn Hotels, Dynia Architects, and Vida Design to complete a $10 million renovation and addition that revitalized an existing hospitality property. The project updated guest accommodations, common areas, and amenity spaces while integrating new construction with the existing facility. FH’s involvement from preconstruction through delivery focused on constructability, budget alignment, and thoughtful coordination throughout the work. The completed project delivers a modern boutique hospitality experience, elevating the property while extending its service life and improving the guest experience.
