As a founder of FH Construction Group, he is guided by a simple belief: people come first. With experience spanning Preconstruction, Project Management, and executive leadership, Chad thrives on turning ideas into reality and building empowered teams. His entrepreneurial spirit and respect for craftsmanship drive FH’s growth and client-focused success.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys time with his wife and their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter and is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in construction.

From serving on the AGC Colorado Board to leading projects across the region, he has built a reputation for delivering results while fostering strong relationships.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on leadership style, Anthony drives bold ideas and agile decision-making, balancing strategic oversight with active engagement on-site. He measures success not just in project milestones, but in the strength of his teams and the trust he earns along the way.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys time with his wife and three children, while remaining active in his community.
