Teammate Spotlight: Anthony Fasciano

Anthony co-founded FH Construction Group with Chad with a simple but ambitious vision: make construction straightforward, efficient, and enjoyable for clients – and create a place where people can grow without limits. His role today centers on driving growth, building exceptional client experiences, and shaping a culture where people can do their best work.  

Outside of FH, Anthony is a dad to three. Whether he’s coaching his kids teams, helping with swim lessons, or coordinating kid activities, he brings the same energy and dedication to family life as he does work.  

Anthony’s downtime is spent running or skiing, catching a game or cheering on his alma mater, the Oklahoma Sooners. These passions fuel his competitive spirit, resilience, and ability to keep moving forward, even when things aren’t clear or get challenging.  

Anthony believes success comes from putting people first – both clients and teammates. For him, growth isn’t just about the company’s size, it’s about creating an environment where individuals can thrive, clients can see their vision come to life, and the experience along the way is as strong as the final result.
