Teammate Spotlight: Katelyn Burch

Katelyn’s role at FH spans both the field and office – running work on site, assisting with cost management, and coordinating with project management to keep everything moving. She joined FH for the growth opportunities and thrives on the variety her role brings. From delivering solutions for clients to finding efficiencies in the process, she enjoys knowing her work impacts both the project and the business.  

Outside of FH, Katelyn’s endurance and grit drive her hobbies. She recently completed an Ironman, has tackled a 50K race, and spends her free time trail running, skiing, paddleboarding, and hiking Colorado’s 14ers. Those same traits – perseverance, focus, and pushing past limits – show up in her work every day, whether she’s troubleshooting on a job site or navigating complex project demands.  

Here, there is no finish line, we’re always looking to improve and find ways to grow – Katelyn’s endurance and ability to push past challenges make her a valuable teammate at FH.
