With 17 years in construction, Steve is key to keeping projects simple, transparent, and aligned from the start. Collaborating closely with operations, designers, and trade partners, he sets cost targets and expectations that bring clients’ visions to life – efficiently and clearly.  

As a husband and father of three, he knows firsthand the value of balance, communication, and patience. Watching his kids play baseball and spending quality time with family have sharpened his ability to listen, stay grounded, and lead with empathy – qualities that translate directly into how he manages relationships and problem-solves on projects.
