Teammate Spotlight: Chad HArris

Chad co-founded FH Construction Group with Anthony to make construction simple, efficient, and enjoyable for clients and their teammates – but also to build something bigger than projects. For him, it’s about putting people first, assembling the right team, creating an environment where people can execute at a high level, and grow without limits.  

With experience that spans preconstruction, field operations, and project leadership, Chad understands every part of the build process. His passion for construction was sparked early by his dad, who taught him to appreciate building, design, and teamwork. Since then, he’s led projects across a wide range of markets, always focused on delivering not just exceptional results, but spaces that truly impact communities.  

Chad sees construction as the ultimate team sport – one that offers the chance to learn daily from experienced craftspeople, creative designers, seasoned CEOs, and the community members who will use the spaces. His role is to listen, simplify, and make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.  

Outside of work, Chad is a husband and dad who enjoys spending time with his family, going to sporting events with friends, and golfing. Whether its in the office, on a jobsite, or outside of work – his focus is the same: bring people together to achieve something great.
